Overview
Arc Unbroken is a local-first, account-free iPhone game. A private TestFlight beta is being prepared; the app is not publicly available in the App Store.
On-Device Data
Gameplay and settings data may remain locally on your device. Arc Unbroken has no user accounts, backend, or cloud-sync feature, and Sykes Holding Group does not receive that on-device data through the app.
Local app data remains on your device until you clear it, reset the relevant content, or delete the app. Depending on your Apple device and backup settings, local app data may be included in Apple-managed backups, which Sykes Holding Group does not control.
More Catalog Requests
If you open More, Arc Unbroken may request the public Sykes Holding Group app catalog from sykesholdinggroup.com. The request does not include Arc Unbroken gameplay or settings data. The website or its hosting provider may receive normal web request information such as IP address, device or browser information, the requested URL, date and time, and similar server log data.
Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
Arc Unbroken has no embedded analytics, tracking, advertising, notifications, or third-party SDKs. It is unmonetized and permanently ad-free.
TestFlight
Apple TestFlight may separately process beta diagnostics or feedback under Apple's terms and privacy practices. That Apple-managed beta processing is separate from Arc Unbroken and is not embedded Sykes Holding Group analytics.
Purchases and Accounts
Arc Unbroken has no StoreKit, subscriptions, purchases, user accounts, permanent progression, or public release in the current prototype.
Support Email
If you voluntarily email us for support, we receive the message and other details you choose to provide. We use that information only to respond to your request and provide support. Please do not send passwords, access codes, or other sensitive information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the beta changes. If we make a change, we will update the effective date on this page.
