Small Wins: Daily Focus is designed to help you record and review personal progress. Sykes Holding Group does not require an account to use Small Wins: Daily Focus.

Information We Collect

Small Wins: Daily Focus does not collect personal information through an account, sign-in system, or registration flow.

Information you enter into Small Wins: Daily Focus is intended to remain on your device unless a feature you choose to use causes you to share or export it outside the app.

More from SHG Catalog

When you open More, including through the Settings shortcut, Small Wins: Daily Focus makes an HTTPS request for SHG's public app catalog. The request has no body and does not include content you enter in the app, locally stored app content, account information, purchase or card details, or an app-generated identifier.

The catalog is hosted on DigitalOcean App Platform and delivered through DigitalOcean's built-in Cloudflare-powered edge CDN. The hosting path processes the request and client IP address at ingress; an IP address may imply approximate location. No external log forwarding is enabled for this Website application. Exact request, access, CDN, and runtime-log retention, origin logging, deletion controls, cookie or device-identifier handling, and provider roles have not been verified. This does not represent a separately configured SHG Cloudflare service.

Support Email

If you email us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in that email, such as your email address, app details, or a description of your request. We use that information to respond to you and provide support.

Purchases

On Apple platforms, Premium purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. On Android, optional Premium purchases are handled through Google Play Billing. The applicable store may process purchase-related information under its policies. Small Wins: Daily Focus receives the product and current purchase state needed to manage Premium access but does not receive your full payment card details.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Small Wins: Daily Focus does not sell your personal information and does not include app-integrated third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-app tracking.

Data Retention and Deletion

Small Wins: Daily Focus stores app data locally on your device in the current version. Local app data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, reset the relevant app content, or delete the app from your device.

On Apple devices, depending on your iOS and iCloud settings, device-local app data may be included in Apple-managed backups. Sykes Holding Group does not control those backups. The Android version's backup and device-transfer rules exclude its locally stored routines, favorites, history, custom routines, Momentum progress, reminder settings, and onboarding state.

Support email is handled outside the app. Its retention and deletion are not controlled by Small Wins: Daily Focus; contact us with any support-email privacy question.

Children's Privacy

Small Wins: Daily Focus is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
