Just in Case: Trusted Info is designed as a local-first organization tool for important notes, reminders, and personal reference information.

Information You Enter

Just in Case: Trusted Info may let you enter notes, reminders, categories, important details, and related personal information. This information is intended to stay on your device unless you choose to export, share, or otherwise send it outside the app.

Accounts and Cloud Sync

Just in Case: Trusted Info does not require an account, sign-in, registration, or cloud sync in the current version.

Reminders and Notifications

If you enable reminders, Just in Case uses local notifications on your device. You can disable reminders in the app or in iOS Settings.

Support Email

If you email us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in that email, such as your email address, app details, or a description of your request. We use that information to respond to you and provide support.

Purchases

Premium purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple's policies.

Public App Catalog and Diagnostic Data

When you open More, Just in Case requests SHG's public app catalog. The request does not include your organizer notes, reminder configuration, purchase state, or other app content.

The hosting provider retains aggregate request counts, status and cache results, latency, and bandwidth. We treat this operational information as Other Diagnostic Data used for App Functionality and Analytics. It is not linked to you and is not used for tracking.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Just in Case: Trusted Info does not sell your personal information. Just in Case: Trusted Info does not use third-party advertising tracking.

Data Retention and Deletion

Just in Case: Trusted Info stores app data locally on your device in the current version. Local app data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, reset the relevant app content, or delete the app from your device.

Depending on your iOS and iCloud backup settings, device-local app data may be included in Apple-managed device backups. Sykes Holding Group does not control Apple-managed backups. You can manage device backups through your Apple device and iCloud settings.

Support emails are retained as needed to respond to your request, maintain support records, and meet applicable legal or business requirements.

Children's Privacy

Just in Case: Trusted Info is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
