Tidy Round: Family Cleanup is designed as a local-first household productivity app. The current version does not require an account and does not send your chore sprint data to a server controlled by Sykes Holding Group LLC.

Information We Collect

During normal app use, the current version is intended not to collect personal data from users.

Tidy Round: Family Cleanup stores app data locally on your device, including favorite sprint selections, custom sprint names and steps, sprint completion history, and checked step counts.

Accounts

Tidy Round: Family Cleanup does not require an account in the current version.

Purchases

Premium purchases are handled by the app store where you downloaded Tidy Round: Family Cleanup, such as Apple through StoreKit or Google Play through Google Play Billing. The applicable app store may process purchase-related information according to its policies.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The current version does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. The current version does not share your local sprint data with third parties.

Support Requests

If you contact Sykes Holding Group LLC for support or feedback, we may receive the email address you use, your message, and any app version, device, operating system version, screenshots, or troubleshooting details you choose to include.

Support information is used to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, improve Tidy Round: Family Cleanup, and keep reasonable business and support records. Do not send private household details unless support specifically asks for a redacted example.

Support emails are handled through our email provider and other service providers needed to operate Sykes Holding Group LLC. We do not sell support request information.

We keep support messages only as long as reasonably needed for support, business records, legal, security, or abuse-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of support messages by contacting us, subject to legal or operational retention needs.

Data Retention and Deletion

Tidy Round: Family Cleanup stores app data locally on your device in the current version. Local app data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, reset the relevant app content, or delete the app from your device.

Depending on your device and backup settings, device-local app data may be included in backups managed by your platform provider. Sykes Holding Group LLC does not control platform-managed backups. You can manage device backups through your device or account settings.

Children's Privacy

Tidy Round: Family Cleanup is a general household productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If future versions add optional reminders, household sharing, sync, or new paid features, this policy and store privacy labels should be updated before release.
