Overview

Vehicle Vault: Auto is designed as a local-first organization tool for vehicle records, attachments, reminders, notes, and related details. Vehicle Vault: Auto stores vehicle and record information locally on your device.

Information You Enter

Vehicle Vault: Auto may let you enter vehicle names, maintenance notes, service dates, expiration or renewal dates, document notes, reminders, VIN or plate details if you choose to enter them, mileage, amounts, vendor or contact text, location text, insurance and registration notes, and related vehicle details. This information is intended to stay on your device unless you choose to export, share, or otherwise send it outside the app.

Attachments and Files

Vehicle Vault: Auto stores vehicle and record information locally on your device. You can also import photos, PDFs, and files into vehicle records. Imported attachments are copied into app-owned local storage on your device and are not uploaded, synced, analyzed, or shared by Sykes Holding Group.

Accounts and Cloud Sync

Vehicle Vault: Auto does not require an account, sign-in, registration, or cloud sync in the current version. Sykes Holding Group does not operate backend sync for Vehicle Vault: Auto app records or attachments.

Data Retention and Deletion

Vehicle Vault: Auto stores app records locally on your device. Sykes Holding Group does not operate a cloud account or remote storage service for this data in the current version. Local app data remains on your device until you edit it, delete it, reset the relevant app content, or delete the app from your device.

On Apple devices, depending on your iOS and iCloud settings, device-local app data may be included in Apple-managed backups. Sykes Holding Group does not control those backups. Android backup and device transfer are disabled for Vehicle Vault: Auto's app-owned local files.

Reminders and Notifications

Optional expiration and renewal reminders use local notifications on your device only. You can skip reminder opt-in, disable reminders in the app, or manage notification permission in your device settings.

Purchases

On Apple platforms, Premium purchases are handled by Apple through StoreKit. On Android, optional Premium purchases are handled through Google Play Billing. The applicable store may process purchase-related information under its policies. Vehicle Vault: Auto receives the product and current purchase state needed to manage Premium access but does not receive your full payment card details. Premium unlocks higher vehicle and record limits only.

More from SHG Catalog

When you open More, Vehicle Vault: Auto makes an HTTPS request for SHG's public app catalog. The request does not include vehicle records, attachments, account information, analytics or advertising payloads, or other content you entered in the app.

The catalog is hosted on DigitalOcean App Platform and delivered through DigitalOcean's built-in Cloudflare-powered edge CDN. The hosting path processes the request and client IP address at ingress; an IP address may imply approximate location. No external log forwarding is enabled for this Website application. Exact request, access, CDN, and runtime-log retention, origin logging, deletion controls, cookie or device-identifier handling, and provider roles have not been verified. This does not represent a separately configured SHG Cloudflare service.

Sharing and Export

Transfer Packet PDFs are generated locally. Attachments, PDFs, packet text, and other exports can leave the app only when you choose to share them through the device's system share controls.

Support Email

If you email us for support, we will receive the information you choose to include in that email, such as your email address, app details, or a description of your request. We use that information to respond to you and provide support. Support email is handled outside the app; its retention and deletion are not controlled by Vehicle Vault: Auto. Analytics, Advertising, Tracking, and AI

Vehicle Vault: Auto does not sell your personal information and does not include app-integrated third-party analytics, advertising, cross-app tracking, or AI processing. Store purchase services and the user-opened public catalog request are described separately above.

Not Advice or Verification

Vehicle Vault: Auto is a record organizer. It is not tax, legal, insurance, DMV, dealer, title, lien, accident, or official vehicle-history advice or verification.

Children's Privacy

Vehicle Vault: Auto is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
