For attachment and PDF questions, imported files are stored locally on your device and exported only when you use the iOS share sheet. Please do not email VINs, insurance cards, registration documents, receipts, warranty documents, or business records unless support specifically asks for a redacted example.
Expiration reminders are optional local notifications. You can disable a record-level reminder in the app or change notification permission in iOS Settings.
