These Terms of Service apply to the Sykes Holding Group LLC website, contact forms, support communications, and related business communications. Product-specific app terms, App Store terms, or third-party service terms may also apply where relevant.

Contact Forms

When you submit an inquiry, you are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information. Sykes Holding Group LLC may use your submitted information to respond to your request, provide support, coordinate related communications, and maintain reasonable business records.

Website & App Blueprint Inquiries

Website descriptions of the SHG Website & App Blueprint are general information only. They are not an offer, contract, promise to accept work, capacity reservation, or payment request. Submitting an inquiry does not create an engagement.

A Blueprint engagement exists only after SHG supplies a completed Engagement Summary and versioned engagement terms in a form the client can retain, the authorized business representative sends the prescribed acceptance from the business email, and SHG confirms acceptance in writing. Those engagement-specific documents control the Blueprint engagement and are not replaced by these general Website Terms.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Sykes Holding Group LLC, you agree to receive text messages at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
